I contacted MIDS after silverfish sighting in my home. From the initial emails and calls Steve was extremely helpful so... I booked in for the following week. However the same day there was another sighting so I asked Steve to bring it forward to the next day, he did so with no hesitation. On coming to the property Steve carries out a full and in-depth inspection. You could clearly see he was passionate about helping people be rid of pests. Unfortunately the silverfish were nowhere to be seen on this day. Rather than spraying the house unnecessarily, traps were set and Steve gave amazing practical advice on getting rid of them and keeping them out of the house! We agreed a follow up to see how the traps fair to discuss next steps. The customer service I received was outstanding, the exact reason why I love small local business’. We discovered a small wasps nest above one of the doors in our Reception playground and immediately called round a few... companies to ask them to come and remove it for us.
