We contacted MIDS to deal with some nesting bees. The problem was dealt with quickly and we were offered a 7 day free recall period if the bees returned, but Steve said even if it fell outside the 7 days if it was in the same nesting place there would be no extra charge. The price was in line with what I had been advised by a local beekeeper and Steve seemed like a very genuine guy who wanted to help.

They swung by between jobs and were at my property in 10 mins. I wasn't home but they offered to check the external anyway! Steve responded quickly over the bank holiday weekend and came out as arranged on the Tuesday morning. He had a thorough look around the garden, gave us useful professional advice with no pressure to make any unnecessary expenditure. He was happy to answer questions and discuss any further action. We had a major rat nesting issue down in our chicken run. Tha company we had in for the past two years did not respond to me so I sourced Mids Pests via the internet; I always prefer local trades people. Steve the owner replied quickly and attended the next day. He provided an estimate in writing and commenced the work within a couple of days. He provided written reports after each visit and obtained my written permission for all work agreed; all very professional. His invoice was exactly as quoted.
